We accept various credit and debit cards, plus Paypal.
Delivery Policy
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries under 2kg. For parcels over 2kg we often use courier services such as DHL. On average, UK deliveries will take 1-3 days, while overseas deliveries take approximately 3-5 days. Email davidmach@davidmach.com for order updates. Please note that delivery times are just estimates, we cannot guarantee them.
Missing Parcels
davidmach.com reserves the right not to send out replacements until items have been missing for 31 days from shipping date. In the last few months, several items have turned up several weeks after shipping. This is rarely the case but please allow for postal service delays, especially with overseas shipping. We also reserve the right not to refund for missing parcels but to offer a replacement/credit instead.
Privacy Policy
Davidmach.com uses Paypal as a third party merchant, and does not store any financial details, either online or offline. In addition, our website uses Globalsign SSL advanced security. Please contact admin@davidmach.com if you have any questions regarding this.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
For refunds, please contact davidmach@davidmach.com within a week of receiving your goods for return/refund information.
VAT
We are VAT registered, so customers outside the EU will not be charged 20% VAT on top.
Wholesale / Bulk Buying
Any persons to buy any titles in bulk should get in touch with davidmach@davidmach.com – we offer discounts for buying quantities. We can ship large quantities and can accept credit card and paypal options.
